There's a robin family on my deck again this year, three chicks and two very attentive parents.

The Canon 100mm 2.8 macro is a great lens...unless you need to focus quickly - it hunts alot before hitting a focal point. I usually just manually focus it instead. The snail was faster than the lens' focus was lol. Mind you, it was swaying in the breeze and I was shooting handheld with a wide aperture at 1600 ISO..the sky was getting dark quick with the incoming storm
